It just doesn’t make good sense to sell someone who will be your neighbor the wrong property! I believe an honest and direct approach is the only way to create lasting relationships and when you are buying or selling real estate that’s more important than anything else.
How have I done over the years? Well that’s simple, with the blessing of great clients and hard work I have been able to improve my production each year. In recent years I have won GOLD and DOUBLE GOLD production awards. I obtained my Virginia real estate license in 2003. I recently obtain my West Virginia license in 2006 to better serve my clients’ needs. To further improve my ability to provide top notch service I am pursuing a broker’s license.
When I am not busy working with clients, I can be found enjoying the great outdoors in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. I participate in various charitable organizations that help deserving area residents with food, medical and shelter.
